that look on her face. the last time i saw that i cowered away. this time, tried as much as i could, but i could only stand aside and be "on standby".
girls. please ar. menses, dont go exercising. ESPECIALLY ON A RUNNING COMPETITION. a menstrual cramp session coupled with normal stomach cramps can give u shock. and it isnt something pretty to experience, or to look at. and teachers please. as much as you want to help, eye power isnt a solution. luckily the-savior-who-shall-not-be-named knows advanced first aid, which i shall upgrade myself to given the chance.
im still pondering over my actions. much guilt and confusion felt. oh well. as long as the girl gets help, it isnt an issue of who did it. #2 of the principles of rescue in the SLSS manual: acceptance of responsibility. i allowed someone with more appropriate-ness to attend to her. correct? i need reassurance.
on another note. had this discussion about blogs in GP lesson. izzy (SPG) said that "alot of blogs dont talk about anything worthwhile" true to a good extent though. i detest blogs describing meaningless shopping adventures, and basically every single muscle movement without any dash of personal thoughts. come on the blog is either bout your thoughts or about particular issues. stick to the point.
