's been a while. had been paying attention to happenings at some other corner of cyberspace that almost seemed like they came right out of a b-grade channel 8 flick, my own stories almost drifted away and forgotten.
seems to me that people actually felt exasperated, of sorts, to a significant extent (oh please, social studies rox your sox) that i was pretty much the big bad wolf (small would be a better word, but who cares) who was 'teased' by the others. i mock at those who think others are different and strange just because they're all the same, as herd mentality takes over your feeble minds!
lately my confidence had taken quite a bad hit from quite a few sources, whom i shall keep to myself. its like back in my bronco days, the cold freezing water pouring over my head while i take a late night shower. been catching up with d.gray-man thanks to some friend of mine who decided to tell me all about it. speaking of anime, i dont know why taiwan idol dramas try so hard to look like its an anime.
as the US market looks like its ripe for a recession, so is my money. been spending too much during xmas season that it hit me pretty hard in January. its not as if the money wasnt well spent on my loved ones. as Anton puts it, "kindness to those who deserve it, instead of love wasted on ingrates" oh right, straits times reports that the average income of cabbies after the rocket-hike of a price has gone up, from 307bucks to 318. i would say their sample size and variance is really erroneous, as my mum and many other full-time cabbies struggle to bring home even 250bucks of earnings a day. do please take away the 35% peak hour surcharge, its making the cabbies and their families' lives 35% more miserable.
and yea we've hit the great 2-0 month, and this year im gonna hit the big 2-0 too. damn it.
