'Was on the way home from sending cordee back to her place when i saw this old man on the LRT sitting opposite me. immediately when i looked at him, i felt a great sense of grief, and solitude coming out from him. then i thought, "he should be about 70, what is he doing out all alone, dressed so smart with pressed shirt and pants, with leather shoes?"
whats more, i noticed the two wedding bands made of pure gold. i heard somewhere that people sometimes wear the ring of their moved-on spouse with them. so yea, that was the first impression he gave me. whats more theres that soulful expression on his face. almost made me want to go up to him to ask about his life story.
oh well, will i end up like that 40, even 50 years down the road? despite coming a long way, i have no one to continue it with me? i hope not, for i have her now. as what they always say, seize the day!
